It seems that the “honeymoon period” is already over for the celebrity housemates.
Barely 72 hours after they got inside Big Brother’s house, three female celebrities already got into a word war. And the source of it was a heated debate pertaining to the controversial Keanna Reeves.
It all started when Keanna failed in her task of entertaining the other housemates. It was her punishment from Kuya for staying in bed even after yesterday’s wakeup call.
Tension builds up
In their confession, Angela, Roxie and Zanjoe disclosed that Keanna didn’t succeed in amusing them, prompting Big Brother to instruct the housemates to secretly discuss ways of disciplining Keanna. During the discussion, the housemates came up with al ot of suggestions on how to discipline Keanna, one of which was Angela and Aleck’s proposal to try changing Keanna’s personality.
Mich immediately reject this. “Let us just focus on the ways how we can get her to do the tasks. Honestly…she’s here because of her personality....no one is in here to be changed,” the La Fashionista explained.
Mich’s statement also encouraged Gretchen to reveal a possible reason on Keanna's reluctance to do her task. “Napansin ko lang sayo (Angela) , pag nagsasalita si Keana parati mo lang siya na binabara. siguro parang nagcla-clash lang yun personalities niyo,” Gretchen recounted as she tried to put the blame on Angela.
Angela immediately rejected Gretchen’s claim saying “Lagi ka bang nandyan kapag kinausap ko si Keanna? If it's joke time it's joke time...pero un joke ko naman ciguro hindi bara na bara.”
The heated discussion was only put on a halt when Kuya summoned Angela, Roxie and Zanjoe back to the confession room to report the result of the group discussion. Inside the confession room, the wild flower of Cebu vented what she felt about Gretchen’s accusations. “Nasaktan po ako, naiiyak po ako kasi ayaw ko lang yun term na binabara ko si Keanna. Hindi ko po siya binabara Big Brother in fact pag nag-jo-joke around kami, sinasakyan naman po siya, bakit ako si-ni-single out niya na binanabara ko si Keanna. hindi ako nangbabara kay Keanna”
Angela added that she never expected Gretchen to say those things against her knowing that they have become close already. “Si Gretchen po ang last person na (inakala kong) mang gaganyan sa akin, noong tinanong niyo po sa akin Big Brother kung sino ang nakapalagayan ko ng loob sa 1st and 2nd day, i-ne-numerate ko po pero si Gretchen yun unang sinabi ko sa inyo.”
Outside of the confession room, Gretchen was also in tears while sharing her sentiments to Bianca and Mich. The karate chick explained that she was just being honest and never meant to hurt the feelings of Angela.
Right after Angela emerged from the confession room, Mich approached her to discuss the incident. Unfortunately Angela declined saying that it was not a good time to talk about her disagreements with Gretchen since she still needed more time to regain her composure.
Tarayan Blues
Tension once again erupted when Angela joined the housemates, who were discussing the preparations for an activity on Bob Marley’s birthday celebration. Angela thought that Mich was attacking her when the latter was discussing the topic "how to respect a person." She immediately confronted Mich that resulted in another word war.
Mich immediately refuted Angela and brought up the incident where the latter refused to speak with her “Ang bait bait ko sayo kanina. pero hiniritan mo na ako!”
Clueless Keanna
While the housemates were already so tensed with what was happening, Keanna was still very relaxed since she didn’t have an idea that she was the topic of Mich, Gretchen and Angela’s debate.
